Family members are accommodated in a
spacious waiting area in the second floor. Freshly brewed coffee,
periodicals, and daily newspapers are also provided.
In case family members have to leave
for a period of time, pagers are available. The waiting area is
staffed with guest service representatives who provide the family
with information. The patient tracking system allows the guest
services representatives to update the family on where the patient
is in the process.
